Brief Description:
The metal direct flow collector is made with borosilicate 3.3
transparent glass tube,its thickness 2.0mm and OD 70mm;The tube is
completely evacuated and not the same as our SL-FTREG and SL-MHP70.
The heat efficiency of metal heat pipe in OD70mm is a lot higher
than that in SL-MHP and SL-FTREG.The direct flow pipe adopts double
pipes process - inner pipe and outer pipe.The are tightly
compressed with the aluminum absorbed. Besides,the working
principle of direct flow is not the same as theirs.
The solar energy passes though the glass and is absorbed by the selective coating on the aluminum absorber, thus it becomes hot. The cold heat-transport fluid flows inside through inner pipe and is heated when goes out from the outer pipe, then it transfer the heat to water through the exchange copper coil in tank.
